225 engine revs sticking. throttle body clean ?.

Hi. I've noticed the engine revs are sticking as if its on choke. I did give it a blast and it cleared it. but the wife driving vicarage miles in it and she says its doing it again..
would the throttle body be sticking or need of a clean ???
