250 Engine oil leak

    Its going to be that first piece of pipe from the engine to the hard plastic "T" piece, just replace with another piece of pipe.

    The other oil dampness on the rocker cover is from the bolts that hold the cover down, if you remove one at a time, clean and then apply a smear of gasket maker or sealer and tighten the back down, sure it 8 ftlb or 12nm

  4. as Ian says both classic upper seal weeping, the one by coil probably cam sensor seal, remove the 10mm bolt and slowly (while twisting) pull complete sensor out and renew seal
