   Would you recommend one? They seem to be a good thing (recirculation valves particularly).

   For me it would need to be the forge uprated recirc.
   
   If dump valves were my thing I'd probably go for the GT performance one.

   I went for a forge recirc valve before stage 1 remap works fine

   There is less turbo lag inbetween gears
