R26 Drivers side window , cruise control

I have 2 problems, the drivers side window is playing up. When you push or pull the switch it will just go down or up, does not matter which way you move it, sometimes pulling goes down sometimes pushing goes down and sometimes nothing happens. I have changed the regulator and got a new switch but its still doing the same thing. Any other ideas?

Also the cruise control / speed limiter switch does not show the light on the dash and does not engage, would the fuse for this be inside the cabin? or the engine bay? well if it is even the fuse, what else could it be?
