Place hand on door handle and keyless unlocks as normal but pull the handle and the door does not open. Climb in passenger side and open drivers door from inside handle. Note: unlocking and relocking with keycard makes no difference. This has happened twice in the last month. Once it’s happened it doesn’t seem to do it again for a few weeks. Is this a common issue? I would say the door lock/latch is starting to go, i hd it with mine, when it would either not lock and not unlock. Ended up getting it changed under warrenty, supposedly a common problem on mk3 in general.
