Not sure if this relevant for this section but I couldn't decide! Basically my door handle has been stiff to open for a while but now if I open it from the inside but now it's gone a bit loose and won't sit when open from the inside, so I have to keep getting out and pulling it from the outside then shutting it! Is this a wd40 job or is the mechanism shot?

Sounds to me that the cable is getting snagged somewhere, you'l probably have to whip the doorcard off to have a look at whats going on
My door won't shut if I open it from a seated position inside the car! But it will if I open it from outside and then enter!
It'll be the cable or the latch most probably the latch! Cheap enough to do you can pick one up for around £20 on the bay and fit your self!
Mine has had the same problem it's the cable mechanism that's knackered, I ended up buying a new lock case from ads to solve the problem. I think the cable stretches or snaps inside the case.
