Dog box in Meg III

  1. Ran a couple of searches but came up dry.

Has anyone had a dog box trans put in their meg III?

What are you experiences with them?

  2. I can’t help you with direct experience but the N4 has “The dog ring gearbox on Mégane R.S. N4 is fitted with a self-locking limited slip differential (disc and ramp, «ZF»-type LSD). Several final torque settings enable the final gear ratios to be adjusted according to the specific characteristics of each event.”

    Alternatively you could go Sadev:

  3. Thanks for this, the Sadev gear is a nice piece of kit.

I’m not after a sequential, potentially after a dog train to go into the stock transaxle, much like the N4.

Was hoping there was someone I could learn from who’d done it.
