I was hoping it filters down from RS models! My drivers mirror has stopped folding and I use it a lot! Just looking for a mint replacement, would be easier if I had a bigger pool to choose from
When i got my R26 the mirrors didn't fold in.. but got a pair of folding mirrors from ebay, plugged them in & hey presto.. So maybe mine were replaced at some point?
Oh god yes I will be, trying to get a compete mirror in Nimbus would be hilarious. That's why I was asking about closing ability of all the electric range of Meganes
Just to close this off, no not all electic mirrors power fold, you need to source a 9 pin version of the mirror you need. I couldn't find a nice one so I bought the cheapest one I could find with a working module. It's fiddly but you can completely strip down the mirror and replace just the motor retaining your own (nice) mirror housing. Only cost £12 to fix in the end.
