going bu the quality of the other parts i wouldn't touch it, and they cause a flat spot in the rev range ive seen people say
Have no experience of the actual manifold but changes like this will always benefit from a remap and a decat should always be remapped. I would doubt very much if properly mapped it would cause a flat spot.
someone posted on facebook pictures of this manifold they received and the quality was awful, the exhaust flange was warped and one of the holes for the turbo to mount to the manifold had minimal clearance
