  1. Hi, I'v had this 3 weeks and loving it, so decided to take a few photos, as you do, and only after uploading them did i notice the difference in colour of the front bumper and the wing as you can see here, its also same on the other side.

im not sure if this is normal or if it means the cars been in an accident, which the garage said nothing about.

    Any thoughts?

    Cheers, James

  2. This is a common problem with most cars, it doesn't necessarily mean it's been in an accident it's probably been like that from new.

    Perfectly normal.

Go and have a look at brand new cars on forecourts - they're all off to some degree - tends to depend on colour, I find silver/grey to be one of the worst offenders.

A chap at work bought a brand new white astra - the panel colours are hilarious.

  4. Cheers for the replies, im sure it hasnt but someone mentioned it and i panicked haha.

  5. Looks normal to me I can't even see any colour difference at all!

  6. this is because Renault will buy the full front or rear end module with bumper attached and already painted by the supplier(in this instance Faurecia) and then it is assmebled on the line wherever

  7. Liquid yellow is a real bad offender for this. Colour sits much differently on plastic bumper and wings compared to metal panels.

  8. You get this a lot where pannles/ bumpers are made from different materials and therefore have a different natural colour underneath the paint which in certain lights shows through

  9. It's one of thoes things that'll bug you now even though no one els would ever realise
