I'd be very surprised if you did, even mine with midbox and decat has no issues with noise tests. May be more of an issue when I get a proper system mind you

Never been on track with mine but im running RS Tuning 3" decat with Milltek 2.75" system only has the rear box and its very quiet. As Jamie says id be surprised if you had an issue with noise levels at a track unless the noise levels were set low.
