Hello, I'm putting a decat and intercooler on my car next week. However, the guy who is going to remap my car is not available until next month. Can I drive around with a decat and wagner intercooler without doing a remap for the next month?
Yes. You can extensively modify your engine and still drive round on stock management. You may run rich or lean depending on the modifications but fundamentally a decat and a bigger intercooler won't have any negative affect. Your inlet and outlet sensors will control the mixture so nothing to worry about. The remap will just optimise the modifications
