Decat and back box

    Hi im looking at getting a miltek decat and scorpion back box would I need to remap or would the car run fine till I can afford to get it remapped

    Depends of the sensor, it must be cheat so u dont get an check. Remap it´s opt

    Get a remap, be safe and make sure it's running fine

    Would it be ok for couple of months cant afford both and don't want to remap it then get a decat

    If u already mapped before there is no problem.

    Thats incorrect.

    It should be mapped with the decat fitted.

    Buy the decat. Save again , fit decat , get it remapped. Pauls map tweaks are cheaper than a full map session

    tbf it should be fine to leave it for a few months. obv wont benifit really untill mapped bt ur engine shouldnt go pop if thats what your worried about
