deadmau5' White R26

Discussion in 'Megane Projects' started by deadmau5, Feb 25, 2015.

  1. This is my third Renaultsport now. My first was a black R27 that I had for 18 months and has been my favourite car to date. I've also got a Titanium Ph1 172 at the moment that is for sale. 77k, FSH, £7k worth of receipts etc. Interspersed with these I've had an MR2 Mk3 and a Panda 100hp.

    Anyway, here it is:

It has the Black and Lux packs. Currently on 50k miles.

    Currently running 280bhp. Spec list:

3" turbo back decat exhaust. I believe it was made in conjunction between SC Autoelectrics and Innovate Motorsports. It was the first and possibly only one of its kind thus far.
    Hybrid turbo
    630cc injectors
    Large bore intercooler
Large bore SC Autoelectrics hard pipe kit
    ARP rod bolts
Uprated organic clutch and new flywheel.
    Nankang NS-2R all round

All of that was fitted in the last 2k miles. The last owner was planning on going forged and 500bhp eventually but decided to buy an A45 AMG instead. It is apparently a Forge actuator and map adjustment away from 300bhp.

Obviously I'm going to say 'I'm not going to give it any more modifications' but obviously I will.

  2. You'd get 300 without the actuator

  3. How long would the actuator last at that power? I've heard they're not great as standard.

  4. Looks great, I've always liked the white R26

Hard pipe kit looks great, I'll need to look into getting one for mine.

Youll not need a new actuator for more hp either.

  5. Okay interesting. How high can you go with them?

    The hardpipe kit is £200.

I think I recognise you from Clio197.net Mark?

  6. Yeah I'm on there too.

I'm at 295hp to keep the torque down which is at 310 ld/ft

  7. Oli

    Oli

I hope to see this soon!

  8. Fingers crossed I'll be at the next Parr meet in it and it will be at 300bhp!
