  1. Hi guys. Im a complete neewbie when it comes to mechanics im trying to start doing a lot of work myslef. I have a misfire and its saying the problem is with cylinder number 1. I have changed the coils and spark plugs but still the same. I have purchased 1 fuel injector to replace. But not sure what order the cylinders go could one of yous point me in the right direction please. Thanks

  2. Hey,
Was at a mapping session the other day with another bloke on these forums. He had a knocking issue and during the diagnostics needed to know the cylinder numbers. The mechanics said typically they would run 1-4 from the cambelt, but on Renaults its backwards so 4 is cambelt side.

  3. Hey.
Thats awesome thank you very much. Much appreciated

  4. Yeah, 4-3-2-1 is the order as you look from the front of the engine.

  5. Thanks guys for the advice. I changed the suspect injector from cylinder 1. A massive improvement already no rough idle or coughing feels faster to. Awesome
