   Told mate I am changing coolant he wanted to change coolant on his R26 but was told by his garage you need a special tool on these models to remove clips so left it with them, REALLY !!!
   Going to look at mine at weekend and do flush as well and look for these "special clips" any tips other than bottom hose off .

   I use pipe pliers or a pair of mole grips to get the clips off,

   No need for special tools at all.
   
   By the way if you are changing coolant Costco do the yellow coolant too
