The H beams will be more then good enough unless you want to go all out and break records for torque output.

The Pec rods failed according to some south african club guys. And the Woessner will make some strange noise in your engine bay. You better go with http://fcp-engineering.com/h-schaft-stahl-pleuel/26-renault-.html or Catcams/Manley. cheers

Never heard of PEC rods failing.

 

never heard of any experienced tuner using PEC rods on the F4R engine around here

 

Plenty have used them without issue but no one's ever even heard of FCP around here... 1-1

 

I've got Wossner pistons and PEC I beam rods, engine has had it's first run up to temperature and no strange noises for me so far.

I went I beam for the extra strength and doubt the weight makes a huge difference.

 

The Woessner pistons are fine. talked about the Woessner rods making a strange noise

The FCP rods have been used on the 16vampir (1000hp), several RS4 + RS6 rebuilds and ofc in some Megs around here without problems yet
