R26 Coil pack order help please?? Rough idle & engine vibration after spark plug & oil change

which is the top dog bone mount?

Hi all,

Just took a few videos of the exhaust. You can see / hear the vibration. It sounds like a bloody tractor. Plus the coughing and also what sounds like misfiring?

Any ideas? videos below.

Changed injectors. Engine is much smoother, exhaust cough gone. There is still some rattling of the dash inside the car so I'll be cleaning the TDC sensor & the throttle body. I'm also going to get the top engine mount replaced first, because I can get my finger between the metal and the rubber. I'll look at the top dog bone mount too.
