  1. Gonna change fluid how much do I need :wink:
which is best/cost for general driving.

  2. ate typ 200 used to be called super blue...
good all round fluid.. a litre will do you..

  3. Exactly as Josh said.
    Just done mine.

  4. I use the same as above. Good stuff.

  5. and if you decide to go tracking often id say go for... castrol srf or i use carbon Lorraines fluid in the race car you'd notice the difference..

  6. Agree with Typ200 is the best price-performance. It's what i use. SRF is great as is RBF600 but more expensive, not used CL fluid.

1Litre is more than enough to flush the system. Start at the opposite(furthest) side to the Fluid reservoir and work your way round.

  7. getting my gearbox fluid changed tomorrow and normal oil. I didnt even know clutches had fluid!! I take it if I change my clutch fluid it reduces wear in the clutch?

  8. Thanks will get some:tongueout:

This. I used to swear by the ATE stuff but I found that with running very aggressive pads the fluid couldn't stand up to the heat created. Switched to SRF and more recently RBF and had zero issues since then
