Hi people has anyone got a clutch done on waranty as mine is slipping i rang the dealer and explained my case they said it would be wear and tear ?? i said i had extened waranty and it clearly states that its covered i also said the car has only 34k and i never had it on a track its a 2011 trophy will i get any law oh ya they are saying it will be renault uk dealing with it as we dont have a waranty head department anymore and they will want pics of the failed part or parts sorry for the long post
Clutch will be a very grey area I'd of thought, if failure was down to something failing premature they may well cover it but of its worn it'll be coming out your pocket I'm afraid The mileage and fact it hasn't been tracked is irrelevant cause if you really wanted you could burn a clutch out in a couple of hours of misuse
