225 CHECK INJECTION when try to hard acceleration from low revs

  1. Hi

I have problem with my mapped Megane 225

When I want to hard accelerating from 1200 revs on 5th gear, car goes in limp mode when I reach 2400 revs. CHECK INJECTION on display (sometimes ESP/ASR System Foult also). CLIP shows problem with throtle body because gas emission is wrong. Both of the oxygen sensor in DP works fine.

But when I try to hard accelerating from 1800 revs - then everything is allright.
Making more or less fuel in map gives nothing - still same problem.

I have new hybrid turbo, new 630cc injectors, M3RS plugs, new N75 valve (solenoid), MAP sensor behind throtle body is from M3RS (to 3BAR).

    Thanks for help

  2. CLIP shows: DF079 def 7

  3. My mistake. MAP sensor behind trothle body is standartd 225 (to 2,5BAR). Second MAP sensor in front of throtle (near battery) is from Megane 250 (to 3BAR)
Car makes now 330PS / 340lb/ft (boost from 1,74BAR decreases to 1,55 but after 6000revs we don't have enought fuel so we fix this when we fix problem with low revs)

  4. pretty interesting setup you have there!

Do you have a full list of your modifications?

Also how did you make the 225 management run with the M3RS map sensor?

  5. Hi

    Problem solved :-)
I change standard Sagem ECU unit to stand alone Ecumaster EMU ecu. Engine works perfectly until I blow up it on last monday :tongueout:
2,3BAR of boost and 7300 revs are definitely to much for forged engine.

225 ecu works with m3rs map sensor but shows wrong characteristics in ecu. This sensor just cheating standard ecu but You must to have external measurement to see correct boost.

    My setup now:
    - forged engine (rods, pistons 84mm, gasket 1,6mm, ARP bolts/studs, ARP Race bearings etc.)
    - mainfold from M3RS
    - throttle body from M3RS
    - fuel rail from M3RS
    - 255l/h fuel pump with M3RS pressure regulator in tank
    - hybrid turbo (TD04HL20T: HL from Porsche Panamera = lighter, 20T CNC billet 11 blades)
    - 630cc SIEMENS injectors
    - Forge BOV & actuator
    - big IC & Forge pipes
    - Helix singlemass fly wheel with paddle clutch
    - oil cooler 13 row on front
    - ND0 020 (r26 gearbox with shortshifter)
    and more

Now I must change few things:
    - new fuel pump (DW 255)
    - bigger fuel lines with back to tank
    - new presure regulator near fuel rail
    - new Bosch 980cc injectors
    - new camshafts (same like CAT CAMS "termac rally - race": 5505401

  6. that's a great setup mate! does the ecu communicate with everything inside the car?

  7. I have CAN-bus module build in but I need protocols from standard ecu. If I have it the stand alone ecu will work alone with no Sagem help

for example now con air works only with sagem. Speedometer works good (revs, speed, coolant temp. and fuel meter are ok) but displays a lot of errors. If I rec standard protocols and relash them to stand alone EMU then I have no errors and all works only with EMU.

  8. Pretty interesting! That's the whole problem with these Renaults, no aftermarket stuff available......

Would be great to have a plug and play standalone ecu!
