I got this from the scrappy the other day, not sure what the model spec was but I thought the pattern looked good so i had to have it. It might be worth checking your local scrapyard before painting yours, you never know.
As for removing it, from memory, there are 2 screws behind the stereo and 2 at the bottom and the rest is clipped........I think.
