Driving home from work today my 225 started running lumpy, I got check ignition, esp and emissions messages flash up. It wont rev and the exhaust is pulsing as though its only a couple of cylinders running. I'm no mechanic but is there anything I can check/do before getting a mechanic out? Any help would be appreciated
When were you spark plugs changed last? and.... Have you had your injectors cleaned recently? If not that's a starter, if that doesn't help then my next stop would be to check/replace the coils. Best to get your fault codes read via OBDII port reader or CLIP if you can.
