Right.. One of the biggest pains about my megane is the carpets. No matter how long you hoover it for its basically impossible to get them really clean. They are like velcro! So far ive tried hoovering, hoovering while rubbing with a nail brush and just a dust pan and hard brush but i cant seem to get them all that clean! Any tips?
Rubber pet hair brushes are pretty good. I've heard that some dealerships just go over hoovered carpets with carpet dye
Its not that they are dirty with actual dirt, its just all the little bit s of stuff stuck in the carpets. Dying them would just hide the stuff rather than clean it so thats not very clever haha
Because the carpet pile is cheap shit! Buy some kiwi leather shoe brushes from the supermarket ... used one at the weekend and it worked a treat!
All the pile on my Renault sport mats has fallen out after 3 months use. Currently at Renault seeking a warranty claim, utter rubbish.
