I bought these to put on my megane 250 in preparation for doing some track days but when I couldn't get the old caliper pins out I gave up and they never got fitted. As I've now sold the megane I won't be needing them. I had the same pads on my clio 197 and they're absolutely phenomenal, replaced a set of DS2500 and these are leagues above. They're also just as good in freezing conditions due to the compound used. Currently selling at KTEC for £165 + postage. These are yours for £120 posted
I'm interested but not sure what they would be like on the standard 250 cup discs as they are a pretty evil compound I thought ?
All I can say is that when I had them on my clio 197 I used them for about a year of road use and a few trackdays with no noticeable wear on pads or disks. Also keep in mind that once you start using expensive pads like this the disks are actually about the same price as pads anyway.
I run these pads and they're phenomenal! Little bit of squeal at low speeds but that's it. The bite off them is incredible. And my discs, paint and wheels are fine.
Already a bargain at that price. If I don't sell at that price now I'll definitely sell them in the spring when people are prepping for track days. Price is unchanged
Thought I'd let people know as theses are sold anyways you can buy the carbon Lorraine rc6 pads from drift works for £130 which includes Vat!
