hi all, got a problem with brake lights, 3rd break light work fine, the brake lights on the clusters don't work, I've changed the bulbs the fuse checked all the connections and cleaned them checked earths disconnected the battery and now ran out of things to check, anyone got any suggestion please, thanks in advance
Did you ever get this sorted I have the exact same problem?? Middle brake working fine, however both rear lights do not work. I have checked the earths seem fine, bulbs are fine cleaned up all the connectors but no joy. Cheers Dan
Use a Volt Meter to check to see if there is voltage at the bulb holder where the bulb sits in while pressing the brake pedal with ignition on . If not check for power to the circuit boards in the light unit and each side of any plugs ,it maybe the printed circuits on the bulb holders . John
Hi, went and brought some more bulbs, not from Halfords and they worked fine, I think also if one bulb goes the both stop working
