   Hi all,
   
   I stumbled across this video on YouTube the other day after watching a 400bhp R26.R on the Ring.
   
   At 16mins 36seconds it shows a brace in Red, is this on R26 as standard and just painted or is it aftermarket?
   
   
   
   Have not spent any time under my 225 F1 hence asking.

   That brace is aftermarket. Ive seen similar braces for clio 3 rs. When i looked into it, the dury was out there if they actually do anything.

   Ultra Race do one for the MK3 Meg. I've never seen one before on a MK2 and it looked interesting.
   
   I know people say the shell is pretty stiff as standard.
