Hey guys, recently got our car back from having a lite graze with a guard rail repair done, new bumper etc. Now windscreen washer doesnt work, and AFTER the repair was done, the hatch doesnt open either? where the hell to start looking to solve the hatch issue?? Wash motor works when powered directly (ie wired directly to battery), but not using the switch in the car. Lost on this one
Sounds like it could be an issue with he connector under the passenger seat UCH? Body control Module, that's what caused my rear hatch lock to fail (locked position), Mk2 225. A lot of connections go through the UCH so could be cause of the other issue too Obviously get it done by whoever did your repairs if you can, but if you have to attempt it yourself you really need to lock the Pre-tensioners and Air bags to remove the seat for access
