Hey guys, anyone had this issue with their Bluetooth…..phone is connected, will make and receive calls but you can’t select Bluetooth as a source within the multimedia menu or via the toggle behind the steering wheel. When trying to play music it’s just playing via the phone speaker despite saying it’s connected to R-Link? Any ideas? Have tried unpairing and repairing the phone but no luck. Car is a 2015 275 and phone is an iPhone 11 Pro Max .
Think i had something similar to this a while back, though mine doesn’t have R-Link on my 265 cup couldn’t figure it out initially, so i did a bunch of things all together: - disconnect car battery to reset systems - hard reset iphone (hold volume and lock button for 15 secs+ ) -did all updates on my iphone (which were long overdue at the time) - also deleted the bluetooth pairing between car and phone and paired up again after connecting battery terminals Mine has been spot on since so one of the above had worked!
