Been trying to connect my Iphone 5 to the car and it wont detect the device. Is there something I need to do, maybe some sort of reset?? Cant look in the manual as I dont have it with me and done a quick search on the forum and couldnt see anything.
Have you tried the other way round and see if the Iphone can discover the Car's bluetooth? This is one of the many reasons I prefer Android devices they are sooo much more flexible especially when linking to other devices....
I know it sounds silly but have you turned on the Bluetooth on phone, as in it has the triangular symbol at the top of the screen? Never had any trouble connecting my 5.
Is it set to be discoverable for other devices as you can have the Bluetooth on but hidden from anything finding you.
Sorted! I thought just pressing the Tel button would connect them both but you have to go into the main settings on the bluetooth menu and pair them that way. Thanks for you help anyway Ben
Nice thought about the fault,i am also agree with you on these points or may be its a diagnostic or programming problem in your car,so check it bu the vin code so better to know about that,if you can,t understand it so take it to an repairing shop in your area,its not a major issue.
Yeah,i say it fault in another sense,its a simple one so if you thought it in a major fault sense so take a look on the megane Bluetooth setup but not a very lengthy process so we not say it a fault,its a setting.
