  1. Just my experience??

Have paid and tried to organise a delivery with this company (which trades with several websites and names SEE BELOW) for a shipment of some wheels and after promises to collect every day for a week nothing has happened and no collection made and so far no refund.

The company websites all have "chat", telephone numbers and contact but they are never answered. I have had a couple of emails with further promises that have not been met.

    Feedback for your attention

    Company trades under these websites:

    http://www.wheelcarrier.co.uk/
    http://www.deliveryserviceshub.co.uk/
    http://www.palletcourier.co.uk/
    http://www.carpartcouriers.co.uk/
    http://www.parcelmachine.co.uk/

Have since found a good company Shears Brothers Transport
    http://www.sbtl.co.uk/
that offer the service of 4x wheels on a pallet (supplied) country wide £48.75 + VAT

Hope this info helps any other members
    Cheers

  2. Not so good. Handy to have a heads up.
I normally use interparcel, they're cheap as chips and you can choose a number of different delivery options.

  3. As above, try interparcel next time.

I've sent a set of wheels and tyres through them for around £30 IIRC.

I put each wheel in a bin bag, then duck taped them together in pairs, spokes facing inwards and sent them as 2 parcels on the same delivery, so no need for a pallet.

  4. Refund now complete......

Interparcel is it then next time!!

  5. Thanks for the heads up buddy.

As above, I've used inter parcel for years and have never been let down once.

18" wheels and tyres were £40 inc vat last time I looked on a 2-3 day service.

    Cheees
