  1. I'm looking for a new fuel pump, rpd has them for £238. Can I get it cheaper anywhere?

    Hi Mark
On my 225 i fitted a DW65c fuel pump, only needed a slight modification a lot cheaper than Renault and will be okay if you go for an uprated fuel system in the future

  3. Thanks Ian. What modifications do you need to make?

It was just a bit of trimming of the pump, nothing to drastic

Are you sure Ian? Mine fitted straight in, no issues

Has some DIY el'cheapo trickery inside which works. Pond man and myself both swapped our pumps only inside the sender unit. We fitted direct OEM Bosch pumps. Fraction of the price of the whole unit and you get to buy yourself some nice tools too

Mine was a 225 Matt, not sure they are the same as the r26, but it was nothing really

I was running a 250 meg engine in mine, so also had a 5 bar regulator in the housing to give me 3.5bar rising rate at the fuel rail
