Hello from Sweden you guys! New to the forum I'm seeing a lot of posts about coilovers but they all seem to focus on ride quality. What would you suggest for a pure track setup? This is my first front wheel drive track car and I am a little disappointed in the body roll I am experiencing. The backwards roll under acceleration makes the car extremely twitchy and tend to loose traction, the roll has to go!! What would you suggest?
You have quite a few options now for the Mk3..... KW Clubsport, Nitron NR1 or NR3 AST 5100/5200 Any of the above will be weapons grade track suspension for the Mk3 imo, not that I own one. Speak to the suppliers, about what tracks you'll be using on and I'm sure they'll advise on spring rates to suit the tracks and or your driving style. Welcome to the club mate.
