250 BC Coilovers rebound and compression setting for track

Sure its only compression that adjustable.

Will depend on what the weather, track condition and tyre.

I run 20-25 clicks from full soft, front and rear on a smooth track in the dry and that's on 595rs-r's
In the wet, 5 clicks front and rear running Asymmetric 3's
On the Nurburgring, in the dry i use 5-10 clicks front, 5 rear as its quite bumpy
Thruxton i would soften off slightly as that is also bumpy but very grippy.

 

Also, i run 10kg front and rear.

 

What preload of spring you use ?and do you use it for daily driving ?
