I'm going to put coilovers on my R26. I've opted for AST rather than BC because the consensus here seems to be that BC are good value and nice on the track but they're a bit harsh on the road whereas the AST gives at least as good a ride as stock. Does that sound about right? I see a lot of discussion about spring rate options for the BCs but not for the ASTs, presumably I have to specify some when I order? Any suggestions? I've seen 450lbs front and back but I'm surprised it doesn't make sense to have lighter at the back (especially since I take out all the rear seats, wheel, tools, sound proofing from the back). I use the R26 on track and my wife uses it as a daily runaround.
