250 Anyone know where i can get this part near the lower ball joint?

I need to replace parts of my front end suspension on my megane rs 250 (2011) due to corrosion. i have struggled to find any documentation on this part (highlighted in image) and cannot find any where to source it.

Through all of my searching i have found that it seems to be (555738441R) SUPT FR LH PIVOT. However the few places i have found have no images of the part and also say that they are out of stock and their supplier is also out of stock with no hope of getting any more in. Does anyone have any knowlege or experience with this part as my only other option seems to be to take to to renault who are charging over £1200 per side for the whole hub assembly.
