Anyone know how remove Rear Abs rings As title really?! I need new rear pads after only 2.5 yr! Goes without saying I will be contacting the company who sold me the old ones as the discs are in my opinion dangerous! Anyway I can get some genuine ones without the abs ring so I was wandering if any knows how to remove or if they can from my old discs so I can fit them to the new discs if that makes any sense!! the ring only sits on the disc if memory serves me right and you can literally pull it off once WD40'd.
NOOOO its a magnet the "rubber ring" (magnet) is on a metal ring that taps off http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/megane-Sp...ngs-and-abs-ring-NO-PADS-brembo-/130948864529 that's my old listing with one removed easy to see and easy to do, don't rush and don't use a crow bar and lump hammer!! just a small flat screwdriver and I used a small tack hammer so you don't whack it too hard hope it helps john.
