Anyone ever changed the number plate loom? Tips please!

Discussion in 'Electrical & Interior - Security, ICE, Wiring Loom' started by Damian.H, May 7, 2015.

  1. Hi, I've just purchased a new n/plate loom and lights from Renault for my R26. Has anyone ever replaced this? Any tips on possible problems or is it straight forward?
Hopefully this will cure the problem with my n/plate light and front sidelight. Fuses ok so this is next!

Rather than start a new thread, thought I'd post here.

Cab someone please provide me with the Renault part number for the Numer Plate Light Wiring Loom?

I've had a look on eBay and there's one listed at about £60, I'm sure I've read on here that they're a lot cheaper than that.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure why it's posted so many times. Could a mod sort it out for me please?

It's easy, boot panels off, plastic boot part out, swap over and put back together.

Was that from Renault? If so, any chance you could post the part number please?
