Airtec FMIC - Stage 1 or 2?

Discussion in 'Mechanical - Engine, Gearbox, Exhaust etc' started by TEL_1990, May 1, 2019.

  1. Hi all,

    I don’t post on here a lot, I pester a lot of you on Instagram (I’m @TheRS250)

Looking to sort an FMIC soon, and am looking at Airtec after the big group buy most you jumped in on.

How do you get on with Airtec, and if you use someone else (Wagner) what are the benefits?

If I go Airtec, do I go stage 1 or 2? I mainly use the car for track, but hear that the stage 2 covers a lot of the rad and can cause issues?

    Any help would be mega.
    Thank you, Tel

  2. I was advised to go Airtec stage 1 for the reason that other makes, including stage 2 blocking radiator and ease of fitting.
