I got into the car yesterday, put the aircon on as it was red hot and nothing. Turned it up to full, tried all the settings and still nothing. The aircon itself seems to be working as I could feel cold air at the vents but the fan wasn't blowing. Switched it off and on again but still nothing. The display is working and the temperature control seems to be working it's just the fan is not working at all, no sound coming from it and no air getting blown out. Its a 2011 250 with dual zone btw. Any ideas?
my ac isn't dual zone but I sometimes find it doesn't fire up at first if I select a medium fan speed. iv found setting it to maximum makes it switch on and then turn the dial back to where I want it. might bee worth a try. I have a feeling its the switch/dial at fault on my car.
