After fitting a bigger intercooler I noticed that the air con rad (thin one behind the IC) was absolutely battered! Most of the fins are missing, but weirdly, from the area protected by the IC!? There's a deal on at mister autos at the moment so snapped a new rad up for £30. Is there a how to on how to replace it? Are there any other parts I should buy? I'll wait 'til the air con stops working first as I've had it re-gassed but it'll surely be leaking somewhere. Thanks
its pretty major job, need to have good spanner skills and remove car front, then IC then supposed to evac the aircon system responsibly (not to air) with correct machine before fitting new rad with new seals and regassing
