   Hi,
   Is there any way to lower the stock recaros in megane 3, at 6'6 my helmet touches the roof and in general feel I need go to sit lower.

   had same issue, ended up removing adjustable slide rails and going fixed seat position

   Hmm so the entire sliding subframe ?
   What did you mount the seat too, and how much height were you able to remove ?

   Nothing like the Clio’s in so much as you can remove spacers from under the rails to lower the seat slightly
