250 Adjustable top mounts

  1. Does anyone have information for adjusting top mounts? I.e. What would 2mm of movement in the negative direction at the top mount equate to in degree of camber? Cheers

Get it aligned and done properly, no point piss in about trying to do it yourself.

Fwiw, the same settings on my topmounts are actually different amount of camber each side.

  3. I've done everything myself and got the camber checked on a hunter. L-1.56/R-2.10. Not bad for first try.

To adjust the camber it's an absolute ball ache as I'm sure you know so wanting to get it as close as I can to the right hand side (-2.10) as I can. No point spending a fortune getting it done when I reckon I can get it pretty close

  4. if possible though make sure you are sitting in it when the alignment place check it and tweak it to where you want it. will make a difference:smile:

For anyone looking to make tweaks themselves to their kw top mounts: one increment on the top mount equated to -0.5 degrees of camber on my car. I can't say it will be the same for everyone but it won't be far off
