Car is going in for a full correction detail and all sealed, along with my alloys being done gloss black this Friday coming.. Today I drive past my car in the girlfriend's and notice a ding in my door as the light hits it... Safe to say that's my weekend ruined Granted it's barely noticable at all except under certain light but personally, someone who looks after my car and is pretty OCD about it.. It's really really bugging me. My car is never parked anywhere near other cars in car parks.. My street is all parallel parking and is wide enough for 2 cars to get past with cars parked either side. And it's in my street this has happened as i've not drove it in a few days. How, god knows... As i say its a wide street. Really does get me raging how people literally couldn't give a crap about their own car let alone anyone else's.... Hard not to write this up without swearing haha. And then you get the people who say well, these things are to be expected....... Omg, just no.. They shouldn't happen. Idiots. Anyway rant over, feels a little better but still raging..
Was quite funny now i look back on it. Literally slammed the brakes on and was like W..T..F is that.. Maybe it was her, her face was like oh ****. Probably juse cause she knew the rage that was coming though haha.. Well i hope this is the case.. Questions will be asked
People really don't care about other people's stuff. They see cars as white goods. Not something to take care of and pamper. Those are the ones that will swing a door open wide and screw everyone else. I have small panic attacks parking mine outside my other halfs everytime. I must live up at his window
No broken paint at all. Cant even see it up close but it's when you're like 5-10 ft away you can see it under certain light. It is very slight and is probably one of the lightest ones i've seen but i know its there. Had one on my previous car that was small but you could see it clearly.. Don't have much luck at all with this it seems despite my best efforts haha.. I will definitely see about getting it sorted though as i'm off this week and have plenty time. I don't even use it for work either..
My wife opened my civic type r door into a nice bollard and the dent was the size of the average uk male penis size i got a dent master to fix it cost me £35 and i couldnt tell at all
Had the same, £50 at a Renault body shop and couldn't even begin to guess where it was. Annoying but not the end of the world, I was apoplectic with rage at the time too.
Two ways this could have gone: 1. Jesus Christ she caused a 4 inch dent just from a bollard? 2. Jesus Christ you can get a 9 inch dent repaired for 35 quid?
Haha.. Calmed down a bit now, was almost fresh from discovering it earlier.... Tried hardest not to swear
it was definately the first option no way on earth she seeing anything 9" ........well from me anyways
I'm so glad there is people out there like you chaps that actually care about there cars. Dents bug the hell out of me to, especially when you don't know where they came from
When your sat in the car and they do it... now that pisses me off! I'm sorry to say in my younger days I did take someone's wing mirror when the red mist took over, but that was after a good three hits of my door. maybe should have handled that a bit better
