Hi all, My 50k service is due on my 10 plate Megane 250, Renault are charging £159 but this is only oil and filter change, not including the recommended cabin and air filter change Just wanted opinions as to wether to I should stick with the full main dealer service history it has or to go independant, or maybe you had a better deal from Renault including all filters? Thanks
Are you planning on keeping it, or selling on soon? If keeping, find a good independant specialist near you and strike up a relationship with them by taking it there. If you're selling, get another dealer stamp in the book. All IMHO of course.
I'd rather see a well respected independent dealer than a Renault main dealer stamp, but thats just me.
That's a fair old journey for a service ! Saying that a mate used to drive from Tonbridge to the Wirral for a service in he's Audi RS6 !
