Carrying out this manoeuvre the other day in my 250on the way to work and just caught the kerb going forward, heard the dreaded crunch sound, backed up and found that I had partly broken and pulled off the bit of trim just below the bumper, very annoying. Had to resort to gaffer tape to stop it dragging on the ground, God I hate that stuff, makes the car look really chavey, anyway took it to Renault and they want over £100 to replace it!!! Just a bit of bloody trim, seems pretty steep to me but I suppose there's no choice,, was also late for work aswell so a crappy start to the day generally. Just wanted to have a moan,,,,,
Someone probably did the same thing but didn't want to fork out for the replacement, can't blame them but I'm definitely going to do it as I can't stand the way it looks.
