   How much lag difference will be between the two above? I want to upgrade my turbo for the 250 but seen a 20t in my price range

   I am running the 250 engine and turbo in my 230 and the lag is definitely less than before. When I was running just the 250 turbo on my 230, the pickup was smoother and less laggy. Have no experience with the bigger turbo, so can't offer an opinion on that.
