I have been fitting my dash cam today had the door open and shut so the interior lights have been on for about 3 hours, now just gone to start the car and it will not turn over, I have put a multimeter on the battery and it is 10.5v. My car is 5years old in July and I have had battery low start engine come up on the dash a few times over the last few years. i would not have thought that the interior lights would have drained that much power or is it just the fact my battery is knackered? anyone else had to replace the battery in their 250?
guessing cabin lights are not LED even so, 3 hours with a 5 year old battery easy discharge, new battery time me thinks.
No not bothered changing the interiors to LED's. I put it on charge for 45mins got it back up to 12.45v and it started (just) so will keep and eye on it.
