  1. Hello guys

Will be putting money into the RS meg soon but for the time being will be doing very mild changes

So far it's just a panel filter as my only upgrade

    Any suggestions?

    Tank of petrol.

  6. Clean, polish and wax it.

The only bit of advice I've ever taken from a car salesman. He sold me my second car (a 2001 Clio 1.2) and said, 'The best modification you can do is keep it clean' when I was going on about new wheels and stereos to him (I was only 19! haha).

  7. Badge covers

  8. Exhaust box chop has to be up there for cheap mods.

  9. Mid box chop, best upgrade for the money

  10. Spend some money on quality detailing supplies - if it is clean people will always make positive comment no matter.

You'll also feel better being out and about in it.

The other thing to do is make sure everything is the best it can be, spend that bit extra on wheel alignments to get the car setup just right.

Spend a little extra on the next set of tyres etc, all of these things improve the drive and won't affect resale values or be an outright loss when you want to move on.

If you want more sound have the centre resonator cut out and a straight pipe fitted, but have it flanged for easy swaps back.

The K&N and air box foam will make it feel faster. You may try getting colder air into the air box, but that seems to be impossible for the aftermarket so far.
