   has anyone split a mk2 headlight? i want to paint the silver surround black like the r26r but dont want to pull bumper and stuff off to find out it cant be done?

   You must cut the front glass... and later fix it by special glue. My friend who repairs lights try to spread it by heat but this Valeo lights is too hard
